As an Outside Sales Representative at West Shore Home®, you will be positioned for success through a combination of pre-set appointments and a competitive compensation structure that includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. You will be part of a dynamic team that includes Sales Managers, Team Leads, Sales Trainers, and Customer Service & Operations professionals, all dedicated to helping you succeed in your sales career. Your primary responsibility will be to run up to three pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day, allowing you to focus on selling without the pressure of cold-calling or lead generation. The appointments are warm leads, meaning they are pre-confirmed, which enables you to engage with clients in a meaningful way. You will also participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are well-prepared to lead clients through a personalized sales process.
