About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you will play a crucial role in building the first nationwide home remodeling brand. This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, allowing for significant earning potential. You will be supported by a dedicated team and provided with comprehensive training to ensure your success in sales. The role involves running pre-scheduled in-home appointments, leading clients through a personalized sales process, and contributing to the company's mission of exceptional customer service and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Run up to 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments each day within your radius.
• Attend weekly team meetings and individual & group training workshops.
• Lead clients through an interactive and highly personalized one-call close sales process.
• Focus on selling without the need for cold-calling or lead generation.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual Spanish / English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
