Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is passionate about the beer, wine, and spirits industry. This role is focused on cultivating and growing on-premise account relationships in the Murrieta, Temecula, and Vista areas. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced selling environment and will be responsible for maximizing the sales of supplier brands through effective planning, execution, and communication. The position requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to exceed customer expectations while working within a family-based culture. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be tasked with creating efficient routing patterns to cover daily accounts, analyzing the account base to identify opportunities, and ensuring compliance with national account standards. You will prepare and deliver professional sales presentations that balance the company's priorities with customer needs, including new product placements and promotional activities. Maintaining product levels in accounts, educating staff on priority brands, and managing customer account receivables are also key responsibilities. The role involves strategizing to achieve sales and merchandising objectives, understanding inventory levels, and ensuring maximum brand visibility within accounts. You will also be responsible for collecting payments and supporting new account openings in collaboration with the Field Sales Manager. This position is not just about sales; it’s about building relationships and ensuring that our customers have the best experience possible with our products.
