Spectrum is evolving its broadband business, and as part of this transformation, we are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our Residential Connectivity Sales team in Brooklyn, New York. This role is pivotal in connecting our communities with essential telecommunication services, including Spectrum Internet®, TV, mobile, and voice services. As a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers, helping to power millions of gig-enabled households across our 41-state footprint. In this position, you will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people to achieve your financial and career goals. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-motivated, and tenacious, with a strong work ethic and a positive mindset. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, working during evenings and weekends to maximize customer contact. Your role will involve conducting proactive consultative needs analyses, developing and presenting tailored sales proposals, and accurately completing all necessary paperwork to support sales activities. You will also be expected to stay informed about competitors' activities in your assigned territory and participate actively in team meetings and training programs. Achieving monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales will be a key performance indicator for your success.
