As a door-to-door sales representative for Charter Communications, you will play a crucial role in connecting people and communities by offering best-in-class telecommunication services. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new residential customers through proactive door-to-door solicitation from assigned leads. You will conduct consultative needs analyses with prospective customers, developing and presenting tailored sales presentations that meet their specific needs. You will actively participate in team meetings and training programs to support team goals and achieve monthly sales quotas across various products, including high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video services. Your role will also involve staying informed about competitors' activities in your assigned territory, reporting any changes in competitive pricing or marketing strategies to your manager. You will be expected to attend and successfully complete training programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
