Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Starry subscribers in assigned multi-family residential properties, condos, and neighborhoods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers and leasing agents to facilitate subscription sales.
  • Educate potential customers about the features and benefits of Starry Internet.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while addressing potential sales and customer care issues.
  • Identify and attend subscriber acquisition opportunities to achieve personal sales goals.
  • Regularly visit new build MDU properties before and after occupancy to drive subscriber conversion.
  • Sell Starry Internet service with relevance and charm, avoiding pushy sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales
  • Eager to sell door to door in assigned properties/territory
  • Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of talking to strangers
  • Self-motivated, initiative driven, and problem-solving mentality
  • Ability to guide consumer decision making and close sales
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment and able to wear multiple hats
  • Willingness to travel in and around Los Angeles County
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish), fluent in both languages
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
