We are looking for a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and revenue generation by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities. Your efforts will be crucial in expanding our customer base and establishing strong, lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills, demonstrate excellent product knowledge, and be comfortable negotiating and closing deals. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with an average salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on performance. As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation and closing, customer relationship management, market and competitive analysis, product knowledge, documentation, and ensuring safety in all operations. You will spend much of your time in the field, traveling within your assigned territory, which will expose you to various work environments, including both residential and industrial settings. While you will be home every night, the role requires extensive driving and physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy items.
