This role is designed to streamline your sales process, providing you with warm leads generated by prospects who have already expressed interest in our services. Our representatives typically work between 30 to 35 hours per week, with the potential to earn an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $105,000 at plan. This position is ideal for individuals who have a proven track record in short cycle selling and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales effectively.
  • Manage and track leads within your designated sales territory using CRM platforms and other technology.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics set by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.
  • Success in outside sales with documented ability to close sales.
  • Commitment to following a structured sales system.
  • A genuine enjoyment in helping others achieve their insurance needs.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings.
  • Ownership of an iPad is preferred.
  • Possession of a Life Insurance License is a plus.
