This role focuses on empowering Unit Franchise Owners to build successful businesses while providing innovative cleaning solutions to a diverse range of clients. The position offers a solid base salary, uncapped commission, and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Generate leads and nurture prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals set in collaboration with management.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Deliver effective presentations and communicate the value of Stratus services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial real estate or building management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and lead generation techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a sales-hunting mindset and a track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking effectively.
