About the position

The Outside Sales Representative / Business Development role at JENNMAR Services is focused on generating new business sales through effective networking and relationship-building. The position requires a motivated and structured individual who can meet sales targets, conduct market analysis, and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through effective networking, cold calling, and relationship-building activities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
