About the position

As a representative of a Fortune 500 company, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and customer loyalty while working in-person at retail locations. This customer-facing role requires you to engage and educate customers, providing excellent service and laying the foundation for a strong customer experience. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and enhancing the in-store experience, all while meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. In this position, you will work independently at various retail locations, following policies and procedures related to sales, operations, and safety. Collaboration with field leadership and your regional team will be essential to increase sales and improve customer service. Our representatives earn an hourly base plus uncapped bonuses, with the potential to earn between $40,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on performance. Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand of a Fortune 500 company in a retail store setting.
  • Build brand awareness and customer loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Support one of the largest sales programs in the U.S. by generating new business opportunities.
  • Engage and educate customers to enhance their in-store experience.
  • Work independently at retail locations to maximize sales.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow policies and procedures related to sales, operations, theft/fraud, and health/safety.
  • Collaborate with field leadership and regional team members to improve sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • Independent self-starter mentality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and/or customer service experience, particularly in a retail environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a sales-driven spirit.
  • Motivation to earn a higher income in an uncapped commission sales environment.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple store locations.
