Davenport Solutions is seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals and businesses with top-quality cell phone and internet services in the Las Vegas community. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-person sales visits to both residential and commercial customers, presenting and selling our services effectively. In this position, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities to exceed sales targets and goals. Providing detailed and accurate information about our service plans, pricing, and promotions will be essential to your success. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on your sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. Regular participation in training sessions and team meetings will help you stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet customer needs. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and customer service.
