This role is designed to provide you with warm leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. Prospects will fill out their own information, allowing you to focus on closing sales efficiently. Our representatives appreciate this streamlined approach, which not only enhances productivity but also opens the door to earning a six-figure income while working a manageable 30-35 hours per week. The On Target Earnings for this position is $105,000 at plan, making it an attractive opportunity for motivated individuals looking to excel in outside sales. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in short cycle selling, a history of success in outside sales, and a documented ability to close sales. Ideal candidates will fully commit to following our established system, enjoy helping others, and be coachable. Access to a vehicle is required, and owning an iPad is preferred. A Life Insurance License is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.

  • Track and manage leads within your sales territory using CRM platforms and other technology.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.

  • Access to a vehicle for travel.
