Responsibilities

• Renting and selling a diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within assigned territory.
• Cultivating existing accounts and developing new ones.
• Working closely with the General Tool Division and other Specialty Divisions to provide turn-key solutions utilizing Sunbelt's wide array of equipment and services.
• Collaborating with Sales Reps and Managers throughout the organization to maximize penetration within a new and existing customer base.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience.
• Current/valid driver's license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance.
• Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
• Sales track record in a solution-selling approach.
• High volume sales experience.
