Our President is calling for reinforcements—we need a person who can grow and manage our Enterprise level Account Base Marketing through sales, technical support, and education. We need an organized, outgoing Territory Account Manager who loves helping folks, can keep pace with our growth and is able to sustain the high standards our customers expect. What You Will Work On Lead Engagement and Outreach: Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products, well known solutions in the Asphalt Paving industry. Customer Success Management: Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support regarding product usage and application. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Show genuine interest in the needs and challenges of clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Bring fun to every conversation. Your ability to joke and maintain a light-hearted demeanor will make you a preferred contact for clients. Order Closing: Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts, maximizing conversion rates and revenue. CRM Data Management: Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce. Use Salesforce to manage your activities and plan your day. Consultative Selling: Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor and providing personalized recommendations for cross-selling and upselling new products. Customer First Attitude: Deliver fast and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay. Provide same hour, same day response to build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market and Product Expertise: Get to know the market and our customers' needs inside out.
