Pacific Roof Restorations, a leading commercial roofing company specializing in innovative roof restoration techniques, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in responding to incoming leads, performing roof inspections, creating bid proposals, and ultimately closing roofing sales. This position also involves assisting with project management and budgeting, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of each project. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming leads and inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. You will conduct thorough roof inspections, identifying areas for restoration and recommending appropriate solutions. Creating accurate and compelling bid proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client will be a key part of your responsibilities. Following up with prospective clients to discuss proposals, address any concerns, and close sales will also be essential. Collaboration with the project management team is vital to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects. You will maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise. This position requires travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, with possible expansion into other nearby areas.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming leads and inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B or construction-related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of roofing or construction is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
