About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative for TSR Concrete Coatings, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide high-quality, durable floor finishes that meet the toughest applications. You will be responsible for developing a reasonable yet aggressive sales forecast that aligns with the company's profit goals, maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing customers, and effectively presenting our Polyurea Concrete Coating Solutions to potential clients. Your role will also involve negotiating contracts, closing sales deals, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and cost-effective manner. Additionally, you will generate new business through prospecting and networking activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for the customer that enables the company to reach its profit goals.
  • Maintain and develop new and existing customers.
  • Establish an effective presentation and promote our Polyurea Concrete Coating Solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Handle customer questions, issues, concerns, and seek to resolve them in the most cost-effective and timely way possible.
  • Generate new business through prospecting and networking activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and closing sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Must have the ability to use technology such as tablet and phone.
  • Ability to effectively present and relay information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Concrete Coating and Flooring Solutions.
  • In-Home Sales experience a plus.
  • Comfortable with traveling to preset appointments.
  • Ability to work on weekends when needed.
