About the position

Tradesmen International is seeking a dedicated and driven Account Executive to join our team. Since 1992, we have been the premier Construction Labor Support Company in the industry, helping contractors improve workforce productivity while reducing labor costs. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in obtaining orders or contracts for our services, primarily by educating contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition. This position requires a proactive approach to locating and bringing in new business, as well as maintaining strong client relationships to enhance the usage of our services and workforce. The Account Executive will be responsible for creating and growing sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals set by the company. This includes communicating detailed client needs to the operations team, generating sales leads, and making direct sales calls and presentations to clients at their places of business. Educating prospects and clients about the relationship between a highly skilled variable workforce and productivity and profitability is essential. Additionally, the Account Executive will register new clients according to the business plan and ensure they understand the benefits and terms of doing business with Tradesmen. Building strong client relationships is a key responsibility, which involves following up with registered clients to create initial orders and keep them actively using Tradesmen's services. The Account Executive will regularly visit clients' places of business and maintain ongoing relationships with senior management, office personnel, and jobsite superintendents. Ensuring client satisfaction and quality control after field employee dispatch is also critical, as is delivering periodic employee evaluations to clients and addressing any client issues or complaints proactively. Furthermore, the Account Executive will manage and build strong relationships with field employees, preparing them for assignments and maintaining regular communication to ensure their satisfaction and engagement. This role also involves maintaining client sales files, attending required meetings, completing sales activity reports, and supporting the recruitment process by encouraging employee referrals. The Account Executive will participate in training activities and adhere to all procedures detailed in the Field Office Procedures Manual, performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Sales Manager.
