About the position

Tradesmen International, a leader in construction labor support since 1992, is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services, which involves educating contractors about the unique value proposition we offer. This role is primarily field-based, requiring the Account Executive to actively engage with potential clients, build relationships, and maintain existing client partnerships to enhance the utilization of Tradesmen International's services and workforce. Successful Account Executives at Tradesmen International possess a blend of character traits that enable them to thrive in a competitive environment. Responsibilities

  • Obtain orders or contracts for Tradesmen's services.
  • Educate contractors about the Tradesmen International Value Proposition.
  • Locate and bring in new business while maintaining client relationships.
  • Coach and manage field employees to deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to clients.
  • Prospect, cold call, and canvass within the assigned territory to manage current clients and develop new business.
  • Conduct safety walkouts with field employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are upheld.
  • Conduct routine check-ins with clients and field employees to assess satisfaction and troubleshoot issues.
  • Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning among colleagues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
