About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative for Custom Signage at Missouri Neon, you will be responsible for driving sales in the Springfield, Missouri area and surrounding tri-state regions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Missouri Neon has been a standard in quality since 1934, and we are looking for someone who can uphold our reputation while expanding our customer base. The position offers a base salary along with uncapped commission opportunities, providing unlimited earnings potential for the right candidate. In this role, you will engage in outside sales activities, which include cold calling, meeting with clients, and developing long-term relationships. You will need to exhibit extraordinary customer service skills and maintain professionalism in all business interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of outside sales experience, a strong ambition to succeed, and the ability to navigate the sales process effectively. Computer skills are essential, as you will be required to manage customer information and sales data efficiently. This is a full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients and prospects in person.
