This role is designed to provide you with warm leads, allowing you to close sales efficiently without the burden of cold calling. Prospects will fill out their own information, ensuring that you are contacting individuals who are already interested in our services. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your hard work, with On Target Earnings (OTE) projected at $105,000 at plan. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in short cycle selling, success in outside sales, and a documented ability to close sales. Access to a vehicle and ownership of an iPad are preferred, and having a Life Insurance License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
• Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales.
• Track and manage leads in your sales territory using CRM platforms and other technology.
• Achieve sales metrics as outlined by the company.
