About the position

As an Improveit Outside Sales Representative, you will serve as a community engagement ambassador, representing our company in various neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners through door-to-door marketing, discussing our high-quality home improvement services, which include replacement windows and bath and kitchen remodeling. This role is designed for individuals who are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to excel in a sales environment. You will receive comprehensive paid training to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, along with ongoing mentoring and coaching from top earners in the company. This support will help you achieve your career and compensation goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. In this position, you will connect with potential customers, answer their initial questions about our products, and schedule appointments for our in-home sales designers. You will also be responsible for collecting information from prospects to meet lead generation and marketing goals, utilizing digital tools to capture customer information and share it with our corporate office. Meeting daily and weekly quotas for community engagement and lead generation will be essential, as will maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Regular attendance at team meetings and training sessions will also be required to ensure you are up-to-date with company practices and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a community ambassador, the public face of Improveit, in the neighborhoods we serve.
  • Connect with potential customers through door-to-door marketing and other field lead generation activities.
  • Promote Improveit replacement windows and bath and kitchen remodeling services to homeowners.
  • Answer customers' initial questions about our products and services.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers for our in-home sales designers.
  • Follow company guidelines to collect information from prospects to achieve lead generation and marketing goals.
  • Use digital tech tools to capture customer info and share it with our corporate office.
  • Meet daily and weekly quotas for community engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to make money and reach your compensation goals.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
