About the position

The Outside Sales Representative (Fuel) position is a full-time role focused on driving sales success in the oilfield industry, specifically in the South Texas/Eagle Ford region. The representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing tailored sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. This role offers a competitive compensation package and the chance to work with a leading fuel and lubricants distributor.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets in the South Texas/Eagle Ford region by building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Visit client sites to ensure projects are on track and customers are satisfied, while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Stay at the forefront of market trends, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and educational sessions.
  • Manage your own book of business independently, utilizing CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in oilfield sales, with a strong understanding of the frac/oilfield market.
  • Ability to work independently from a home-based office, managing time and sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver engaging presentations to clients.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools to stay organized and manage customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
