About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at Thompson Creek Window Company, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients in the Hampton Roads area. This position is designed for individuals who are not only passionate about sales but also committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for introducing clients to our high-quality home improvement products and services, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored solutions. Your role will involve assessing home improvement needs, conducting in-home demonstrations, and educating clients about our products with confidence and expertise. In this position, you will not be required to make cold calls; instead, you will work with assigned leads, turning them into loyal clients through effective communication and relationship-building. You will track your productivity by maintaining accurate records of customer sales, producing weekly reports that include customer quotes, orders, and other relevant metrics. Your ability to foster strong professional relationships with both clients and internal corporate partners will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Turn assigned leads into loyal clients by assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Educate and engage clients through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process for potential and existing clients.
  • Foster and grow strong professional relationships with internal corporate partners.
  • Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as required.
