Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in short cycle selling and a history of success in outside sales. While owning an iPad and having a Life Insurance License are preferred, they are not mandatory. Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales.
  • Effectively use CRM platforms and other technology to manage leads.
  • Track and manage leads within your designated sales territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics set by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.
  • Success in outside sales with documented ability to close sales.
  • Fully committed to following a sales system.
  • Enjoys helping others and has a customer-centric approach.
  • Coachable and willing to learn new strategies.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings.
  • Ownership of an iPad is preferred.
  • Possession of a Life Insurance License is a plus.
