About the position

All Turf Lawn Care is seeking motivated individuals to join their hybrid Outdoor Sales Team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role focuses on driving sales through direct customer engagement, utilizing a combination of door-to-door sales techniques and inside sales during training. The company offers a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive training, making it suitable for candidates without prior turf care knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform outdoor sales systems including knocking doors and referral programs.
• Sell All Turf's services by accurately measuring and pricing areas to be serviced.
• Explain the benefits and features of All Turf services to customers.
• Understand various turf types, weed types, growth habits, and disease management.
• Learn and promote the Tree/Shrub and Mosquito programs.
• Represent All Turf professionally and ethically in all interactions.
• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals in a competitive environment.
• Perform inside sales during training and occasionally during peak seasons.
• Generate additional sales revenue by cross-selling to current customers.
• Compile lists of potential customers for sales leads based on various resources.
• Prepare and develop effective sales pitches to build customer relationships.
• Quote pricing, negotiate with customers, and close sales effectively.
• Collect customer contact information for future opportunities.
• Estimate service dates based on branch production and service schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Self-management and drive are necessary traits.
• Detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in outdoor sales or turf care is a plus.
