As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, benefiting from a position that emphasizes lifestyle management and offers significant growth potential. This role is designed to provide you with warm leads, allowing you to focus on closing sales rather than prospecting. Our unique system eliminates the need for cold calling, as prospects will fill out their own information for us to contact them. This streamlined approach not only enhances your efficiency but also positions you to achieve an impressive income while working a manageable 30-35 hours per week. With an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $105,000 at plan, this role is ideal for candidates who have a proven track record in short cycle selling and a history of success in outside sales. We are looking for individuals who are committed to following a structured system, enjoy helping others, and are coachable. Access to a vehicle is essential, and while owning an iPad is preferred, it is not mandatory. A Life Insurance License is a plus, but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales.
  • Effectively use CRM platforms and other technology to manage leads.
  • Track and manage leads within your designated sales territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics set by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.
  • Success in outside sales with documented ability to close sales.
  • Fully committed to following a structured sales system.
  • Enjoys helping others and has a customer-centric approach.
  • Coach-able and open to feedback.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings.
