Responsibilities

  • Run qualified appointments from leads who have requested an appointment.
  • Create strong referral business.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop personal selling skills.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Focus solely on selling, with no order filling or customer service responsibilities post-sale.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

  • No experience required; must be coachable and possess a positive winning attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Ability to work with online apps and simple software.
  • Business development skills to identify new leads and convert them into customers.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and pricing terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
