We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This employee will be responsible for generating leads, fostering lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and achieving monthly sales targets within your local market. Dedication will contribute to the advancement of our healthcare products and services, while positively impacting our patients' lives. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing data-driven strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads, and maintaining a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout the designated territory. The Outside Sales Representative will also facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories, ensuring that our offerings are well understood and effectively communicated to potential clients. Additionally, delivering comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources is a critical aspect of this position, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the care process.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
  • Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies and techniques
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service and support

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in respiratory or durable medical equipment sales
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Previous experience conducting educational in-services or training sessions
