About the position

The Outside Sales Representative at Lincare is responsible for generating leads and building relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve sales targets in the medical equipment sector. This role focuses on promoting respiratory and durable medical equipment, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing patient care in home settings.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
  • Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record in sales or related field
  • Knowledge of medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outside sales
  • Familiarity with respiratory care products
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales
