We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This employee will be responsible for generating leads, fostering lasting relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, and achieving monthly sales targets within your local market. Dedication will contribute to the advancement of our healthcare products and services, while positively impacting our patients' lives. The Outside Sales Representative will utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads, meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources, and maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout the designated territory. The role also involves facilitating educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories, as well as delivering comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources. Responsibilities

  • Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
  • Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout designated territory
  • Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote our comprehensive product categories
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources

Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel within your local assigned territory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interact adeptly with physicians, hospital personnel, and internal team members
  • Computer and technological literacy
  • Positive and professional personal image
  • Strong people skills, to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Previous experience in sales and/or the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry is preferred, but not required
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
