Our clientele includes top fleets, OEMs, dealerships, independent repair facilities, municipalities, and the military, all of whom rely on our expertise to keep their vehicles operational. Noregon specializes in creating custom software and products tailored for the commercial transportation and military sectors. We offer in-shop diagnostic solutions and provide extensive expertise in e-business, client-server, and embedded applications, along with onboard vehicle network development. As we continue to grow, we are excited to present this new opportunity for the right candidate to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and cold-calling sales leads within your designated territory. You will travel to prospective customer sites to deliver compelling sales pitches, provide demonstrations of our products, and ultimately close deals. We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who is driven to succeed. Familiarity with the Automotive and Transportation industries is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs. This position offers an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on your performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your territory by developing new business sales and prospects, keeping an active schedule sufficient to grow revenue.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager on territory management and account planning.
  • Develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads through self-conducted research and networking, actively making multiple cold calls and setting appointments looking for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct 4+ demos per week showcasing how our technology will improve their business and reduce repair times.
  • Train customers to ensure renewal of software.
  • Utilize ERP to record, maintain & report customer information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years outside sales experience.
  • Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the diagnostic tool industry a plus.
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience with good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales.
