About the position

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a passionate and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This full-time W-2 position is designed for individuals who excel in building relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will conduct in-home sales presentations, close high-ticket deals, and travel within the Maryland area to meet clients. This role is pivotal in our mission to transform the home improvement industry and contribute to our ambitious goal of nationwide expansion by 2030. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting professional sales presentations of our products and services to homeowners. You will travel to and from appointments, assess customers' needs, and effectively present financing options to close sales. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team. You will also participate in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis to enhance your skills and contribute to continuous improvement and success within the team. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in high-ticket sales. Previous in-home sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates must have a car and be willing to work 6 days a week, with the flexibility to choose one day off. This position offers a unique opportunity to earn significant commissions, with average first-year compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000, and top performers earning up to $200,000. Responsibilities
