In this role, you will have the flexibility to work 20 hours per week while earning a base pay of $20-25 per hour and additional .75 cents per mile for gas reimbursement/allowance. With the potential to earn up to $80,000 per year based on your performance, this position offers a rewarding combination of a competitive salary and incentives for your hard work. As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct door-to-door sales activities on a part-time basis to promote and sell Managed Business Services to small businesses in the designated market. You will identify potential clients and generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking techniques. Making compelling presentations to showcase the benefits of our services and tailoring them to meet the specific needs of each potential client will be crucial to your success. Building and nurturing relationships with small business owners or decision-makers will be essential to understand their business requirements and pain points. You will collaborate with our internal team to provide accurate quotes, proposals, and solutions to address clients' needs effectively. Negotiating and closing sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within your part-time availability will be a key focus of your role. Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships is vital. You will also need to keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, attending training sessions, sales meetings, and networking events as needed will enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
