About the position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Carpenter to deliver exceptional carpentry services to customers. The role involves executing various carpentry tasks such as installing gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, and performing repairs. The Carpenter will work independently, manage service schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Execute general carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, and painting.
• Schedule services and gather necessary tools and materials for each project.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining processes and answering questions.
• Maintain a clean work area and collect payments due after completing projects.
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated skill in various construction categories such as framing, siding, and trim work.
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Possess a current Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with tall ladders or roof work.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
