Arrow Exterminators is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will enjoy the freedom of working outside the office, visiting clients, and engaging in business development activities. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting home evaluations, which may require you to navigate tight spaces such as attics. Responsibilities

  • Meet new clients and work on prospective business deals daily.
  • Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
  • Build strong rapport with potential residential customers.
  • Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
  • Perform home evaluations, including crawling into tight spaces and assessing damage.
  • Use sales skills to offer solutions and recommend appropriate services.
  • Explain the associated benefits of services clearly and accurately.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
  • Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proven sales ability.
  • Basic math skills.
