About the position

The Outside Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in the success and growth of Beauty Solutions, LLC. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients in the Santa Monica, CA territory, providing guidance and support regarding the company's beauty products and services. The role involves creating effective presentations to promote products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the client base in a territory with strong existing clientele and untapped potential.

Responsibilities

• Visit salon owners and stylists to prospect, expand, and cultivate business during standard business operations (Monday - Friday).
• Devise captivating presentations to inform and educate clients about products and services available.
• Develop strong relationships with the client base to help them grow and prosper.
• Attend monthly and annual sales meetings which offer additional training to support sales representatives.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience and presenting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Clear understanding of iPad applications and Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must live within the assigned territory
• Ability to safely lift a maximum of 20 pounds.
