About the position

Upright Roofing and Construction is seeking motivated and professional individuals to fill the role of Outside Sales Representative/Project Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine sales and project management in the roofing industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and documenting homes for storm restoration, measuring home exteriors, and assessing damages for restoration. You will also create lead generation for new prospects through business-to-business interactions and by going door-to-door to engage with potential customers. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and navigating clients through the sales process. Responsibilities

• Inspect and document homes for storm restoration.
• Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration.
• Create lead generation for new prospects via business to business interactions.
• Go door-to-door talking to neighbors to generate leads.
• Help customers navigate through the sales process.
• Run company leads.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in outside sales (preferred).
• Self-motivated and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
