This role is designed to provide you with warm leads, allowing you to close sales efficiently without the pressure of cold calling. Prospects will fill out their own information, enabling you to focus on what you do best—selling. Our representatives appreciate the streamlined process, as the need to prospect is eliminated, giving you the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while working a true 30-35 hours per week. With an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $105,000 at plan, this position is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in short cycle selling and success in outside sales. We are looking for individuals who are fully committed to following our established system, enjoy helping others, and are coachable. Access to a vehicle is essential, and owning an iPad is preferred. A Life Insurance License is a plus, but not mandatory. In this role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, utilizing our proven sales system and strategies. You will be responsible for tracking and managing leads within your sales territory and achieving sales metrics that contribute to your success and the overall growth of the company.
