About the position

Lifestyle Marketing is a leader in creating a cleaner planet, and we are seeking an Outside Sales Representative or Solar Energy Consultant to join our sales and marketing team. This role is essential for managing designated territories and helping residential consumers transition to solar energy. As a member of our team, you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales, playing a crucial role in our company's culture and future growth. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to the fastest-growing industry in the market. In this position, you will be responsible for leading residential consumers to understand the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy. You will immerse yourself in the organization, learning from industry leaders during weekly meetings and workshops. Your primary focus will be to create opportunities within your assigned territory through door-to-door canvassing, which will lead to new consumer engagements. You will also utilize company CRMs to prepare for appointments and follow up effectively, managing ongoing relationships with current and past clients to generate referrals. We value strong work ethics and integrity, and we are looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle the challenges of a sales role. You will need to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds, think critically about financial implications for consumers, and work collaboratively with your team. Responsibilities

  • Help lead residential consumers to understand the environmental and financial impact of solar energy.
