Responsibilities

  • Generate leads primarily through self-initiated methods, including canvassing neighborhoods and door knocking.
  • Perform video roof inspections by climbing on roofs as needed.
  • Exceed sales goals and quotas to drive revenue.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by putting the customer first and demonstrating high integrity.
  • Participate in team outings and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Proficient in using computer software and technology, including smartphones and laptops.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills.
