About the position

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative/Route Developer to join our team at Five Star Cleaners in Richmond, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $25, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, providing complete and appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and overall profitability. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services using solid arguments to both existing and prospective customers. In this role, you will perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to ensure their needs are met effectively. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships will be crucial to your success. You will reach out to customer leads through cold calling and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe is essential, as is coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments. Additionally, you will analyze the territory and market's potential, track sales, and status reports, and supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. Staying abreast of best practices and promotional trends will help you continuously improve through feedback, ensuring that you remain a valuable asset to our sales team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
