Claene Organics LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales while promoting high-quality organic products. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building new accounts and maintaining existing relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent customer service and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing company resources to prepare for sales activities and engage with accounts effectively. You will need to possess strong sales presentation and relationship-building skills to successfully present our products to potential clients. Understanding the needs and requirements of our clients is essential, as you will assist them in placing orders and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. Additionally, you will be required to organize, plan, and schedule your selling time to provide optimal coverage of your accounts and territory. Regular reporting of your plans and schedules will be necessary, with a mandatory on-site team meeting every Wednesday. This position offers a competitive salary of $36K to $45K, with the potential to earn commissions that can exceed $90K based on your sales performance. Claene Organics LLC covers all travel expenses, including hotel, airline, and rental car costs, ensuring you can focus on your sales activities without financial concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize company resources to prepare for sales activities and account engagement actions.
  • Deliver strong sales presentations and build relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present company products to potential clients.
  • Develop, expand, refresh, and maintain commercial relationships with clients in the territory.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to support and react to account expansion.
  • Assist clients in placing orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Organize, plan, and schedule selling time for effective account and territory coverage.
  • Report the plan and schedule daily, with mandatory on-site team meetings every Wednesday.

Requirements
