We are actively seeking highly motivated and interpersonal B2B Outside Sales Representatives to represent our company across territories from Riverview/Ruskin Florida to the Bradenton/Sarasota area. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will engage with small to midsize businesses, establishing valuable B2B relationships. Your responsibilities will include nurturing your sales pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations, ensuring open communication and support with your team throughout each day. You will be expected to record and organize your sales activities, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM system daily, allowing for efficient tracking and management of your sales efforts. We are looking for individuals who are not only motivated and passionate about sales but also possess a strong desire to achieve financial success, with the potential to earn $100K+ within your first year. Responsibilities

  • Meet virtually or in-person with your team for daily training.
  • Connect with small to midsize businesses to establish B2B outside sales.
  • Nurture your pipeline from qualified leads through face-to-face presentations.
  • Maintain open communication and support with your team throughout each day.
  • Share a full suite of Frontier Communications Inc. products and services with local businesses.
  • Record and organize your sales, follow-ups, and client information through our CRM daily.

Requirements

  • Motivated and passionate sales closer with a desire to make $100K+ within your first year.
  • Understanding and proficient with technology.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective and collaborative communication skills.
  • Aspiration to grow within the company through our Career Development Program.
  • A valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous success in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
