As an Outside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell the services offered by The Brothers that just do Gutters to the public, ensuring customer satisfaction while generating profit for the company. This role requires you to attend all estimates punctually, price new opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visits, and maintain professional communication with customers. You will be expected to provide product differentiation throughout the selling process, effectively addressing customer needs in a competitive atmosphere. In addition to selling, you will maintain relationships with customers and crew members by visiting sold jobs, following up on open bids, and striving to achieve a closing percentage of at least 45%. You will also develop a prospecting plan to generate leads, participate in networking groups, and maintain organized workflows using the company CRM. Regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel is essential to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the business. You will also be expected to demonstrate positive leadership and assist in the development of new systems to enhance the company's profitability and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Sell The Brothers that just do Gutters services to the public to generate quality products for customers and profit for the company.
  • Attend all estimates on time and price new opportunities within 48 hours of the onsite visit.
  • Return incoming phone calls in a professional manner within 8 business hours.
  • Provide product differentiation to customers throughout the selling process.
  • Effectively sell the company's services by understanding customer needs and satisfying them.
  • Visit every sold job at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crew.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up procedures on all open bids and strive to get a 'yes' or 'no' on all bids.
  • Target and market to the most profitable jobs and prioritize work to achieve established sales goals.
  • Maintain a closing percentage of at least 45%.
  • Develop a well-thought-out prospecting plan focusing on generating leads for the company.
  • Participate in networking groups to establish business relationships and promote the company.
  • Maintain an organized workflow using the company CRM and set goals for sales volumes, closing rates, and gross profits.
  • Maintain regular communication with owners, staff, and field personnel to develop effective methods for growing the business.
  • Communicate necessary job information to crew leaders and maintain open communication with all employees.
