Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales.
  • Manage and track leads in your designated sales territory using CRM platforms and other technology.
  • Achieve and exceed sales metrics set by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.
  • Success in outside sales with documented ability to close sales.
  • Commitment to following a structured sales system.
  • A genuine enjoyment of helping others and providing solutions.
  • Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client meetings.
  • Ownership of an iPad is preferred.
  • Possession of a Life Insurance License is a plus.
