About the position

The Outside Sales Representative for Spirolite HDPE Products at ISCO Industries is responsible for driving sales and expanding the company's market share in the Western US Territory. This role focuses on building customer relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and effectively communicating the value of ISCO's products and services to various stakeholders, including engineering firms, government agencies, and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer success and generate new clients.
  • Promote industry leadership and guidance.
  • Sell and increase the company's market share of products and services.
  • Explore new business opportunities and prospects within the Western US Territory.
  • Make contacts with prospects, including engineering firms, government agencies, and contractors.
  • Record all sales activity and customer calls in the internal CRM database.
  • Represent ISCO within industry associations to develop positive relationships.
  • Research solutions for customer needs using available sales tools.
  • Communicate the value of ISCO Spirolite HDPE Products and services to prospects.
  • Develop accounts and build customer relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and develop positive business relationships.
  • Prepare sales information, quotes, market analysis, and sales expenses for management.
  • Coordinate all sales efforts and work as a team with customer service associates.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for sales meetings.
  • Make decisions and negotiate pricing for sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Municipal Piping Industry, including Storm Water, Waste Water, Water Works, Concrete Pipe, Fiberglass Pipe, or HDPE Pipe collection systems.
