About the position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating profitable revenue through new business development and upselling to existing clients within the North Texas and Oklahoma territory. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and driving revenue through consultative selling techniques and strategic partnerships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable revenue through new business and upselling to existing clients.
• Manage a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop informational presentations and lead in-store dealership meetings.
• Use the Challenger based selling approach to close complex sales opportunities.
• Leverage sales tools to gain a competitive edge.
• Partner with client stakeholders to build consensus for the company's services.
• Independently strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
• Develop customer relationships with new and existing dealers and clients.
• Penetrate and build relationships in major corporate offices of dealer groups.
• Develop strategies to gain market share in high-value target verticals.
• Strengthen relationships with Customer Experience Managers to ensure unparalleled service.
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue sales quotas.
• Participate in meetings with the sales organization.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of sales experience in relevant industries (Automotive, Marine, RV, Power sports, Distribution Centers).
• Successful record of selling a service with a required service agreement.
• Understanding and demonstration of Challenger skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Proven ability to maintain control in the sales process from prospect to close.
• Salesforce CRM experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
