As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our operations, representing our flagship position that offers excellent lifestyle management and significant growth potential. This role is designed to provide you with warm leads, allowing you to close sales efficiently without the pressure of cold calling. Prospects will fill out their own information, ensuring that you are contacting individuals who are already interested in our services. This streamlined approach not only enhances your productivity but also gives you the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while working a manageable 30-35 hours per week. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your hard work, with On Target Earnings (OTE) projected at $105,000 at plan. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in short cycle selling, success in outside sales, and a documented ability to close sales. If you are fully committed to following a system, enjoy helping others, and are coachable, we want to hear from you! Access to a vehicle and ownership of an iPad are preferred, and having a Life Insurance License is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week.
  • Utilize our proven sales system and strategies to close sales.
  • Use CRM platforms and other technology effectively.
  • Track and manage leads within your sales territory.
  • Achieve sales metrics as set by the company.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in short cycle selling.
  • Success in outside sales roles.
  • Documented ability to close sales effectively.
  • Commitment to following a structured sales system.
  • Enjoyment in helping others and providing solutions.
  • Coachable and open to feedback.
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to client meetings.
  • Ownership of an iPad is preferred.
  • Life Insurance License is a plus.
