As a representative for Constellation Energy, one of the leading energy companies in the United States, the Outside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting various natural gas and electricity plans. The position offers a competitive base pay along with uncapped commission, providing significant earning potential, estimated at $75,000 or more annually. The work schedule is full-time, typically from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in hours and the possibility of weekend work. Candidates for this role should be self-starters who enjoy a hands-on approach to work, possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor, and have the ability to quickly connect with others. The ideal candidate will be motivated, ambitious, and relentless in their pursuit of results, while also being innovative and eager to contribute new ideas. While outside sales experience and knowledge of the energy sector are preferred, they are not mandatory.
